a pig. Our specialties are pulled pig and pork spare ribs. In addition, we have
a great beef brisket, an awesome smoked chicken and smoked sausage, all
meticulously smoked over hickory wood with time, precious time. No steamer or
char-broiler can substitute for the taste of bar-b-que steeped in the heritage
of Memphis, Tennessee.

size. We've catered for groups as few as 30 and as large as 13,000. We also
offer bulk (on volume orders) for large groups and can deliver, if
pre-arranged. Our Dallas location also offers banquet facilities.
