2900 Restaurant, opened in 2001 by award-winning Chef Mike Smith, has made a fine addition to Dallas' repertoire of restaurants!  Featuring New American cuisine, guests shouldn't be surprised to find a splash from a number of different culinary styles.  Selections include a delicious grilled ahi tuna and a intriguing pan roasted salmon.  Dark and romantic, the dining room is small and inviting!  Candles and live jazz add to the thrill, and a large glass window into the kitchen allows guests to view Chef Smith's world class work!  Just a short drive from downtown, 2900 can only be described as an excellent destination for the highlight of any evening!
