Nico's started years ago when Chef Jesse Romo and his brother Nico decided to venture into the catering business. After achieving a great success and experience with the restaurant world, in 2001 they opened their first catering business, Sona Rosa, a place where they could bring all their roots from Mexico City to the local dinners in Dallas.
