are pulled pig and pork spare ribs. In addition, we have a great beef
brisket, an awesome smoked chicken and smoked sausage, all meticulously
smoked over hickory wood with time, precious time. No steamer or char-broiler

catered for groups as few as 30 and as large as 13,000. We also offer bulk (on
volume orders) for large groups and can deliver, if pre-arranged. Our Dallas
location also offers banquet facilities.
