Matador Meat & Wine is a full service, custom cut butcher shop and wine store featuring only wines bottled in the United States.

Founded by Matt and Colleen Peterson, Matador Meat & Wine operates under the premise of offering only the highest quality CAB (Certified Angus Beef) and prime grade beef. If you are only accustomed to shopping for your beef at local grocery stores then you are in for a real treat when you grill or roast beef from Matador. Beef at local grocery stores are usually graded as “select” or “choice”. Although these sound great, CAB and prime are worlds greater than select and choice.

In addition to offering only the best beef, we custom cut it when you order it. When getting your beef custom cut, you get the thickness and the amount of fat trim that you want, not what the meat cutter thinks you want. Whether you like your steaks ¾” thick or two inches thick, we’ll cut it and you will get exactly what you want.
